The tools used for this study were a Learning Experience (L.E) table and a test kit for testing the total polar compounds in repeatedly used cooking oil  A completion test and a behavior checklist were also used.  Data were analyzed using percentage (%).  The results revealed that 100 percent (all) of the group of people tested were able to correctly determine the total polar compounds in refried oil.  In conclusion, using Learning Experience for the testing of the total polar compounds in repeatedly used cooking oil was successful.  It made the sample group changed their behavior from never having had experience to having correctly determine the total polar compounds in refried oil.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of Vocational Education in Agriculture}, author={kasemsan, warapol and Thampayak, Intira}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={49–58} }
