It can points out the area for quality improvement. There are several domains of quality indicator and quality can be viewed in various perspectives. Good quality indicator must be valid, reliable, sensitive, acceptable and feasible in real situation. Method for quality indicator development can be by non systematic approach and by systematic approach.
