This study was conducted to find out the undergraduate students’ knowledge and opinions about safety in cosmetic surgery. This study aimed<strong> </strong>to examine 1) acknowledgement about cosmetic surgery; 2) opinions about cosmetic surgery.               </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method :</span></strong> Descriptive study<strong> </strong>at  Khon Kaen University campus. Systematic sampling was performed to recruit 443 undergraduate students living on campus of Khon Kaen University.<strong> </strong>Tool:<strong> </strong>A self-administered questionnaire. <strong> </strong>Statistical analysis: SPSS v.19 and Epi Info  v. 3.5.4  were used to analyze percentage, proportions, 95% confidential intervals, central tendency, dispersion, Chi-squared test, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis  H test.                                            </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Results:</span></strong> The response rate was 70.9%. The most reported answer about health care worker was plastic surgeon 94.6% (95%CI: 91.31, 96.71). The most known complication was infection 44.9% (95%CI: 39.34, 50.59). The most common opinion was positive 86.14%.</span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Conclusion</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">:</span> The most common reported answer about health care worker was plastic surgeon. The most known complication was infection.
