Quality of education is to be assessed  in accordance with the National Education Act of 1991. The Office of the Higher Education Commission  set the standard  criteria for bachelor’s curriculum in 2005 requiring quality assurance for all courses. Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University has a policy of continuous quality assurance focusing on updating and developing curriculum based on the teaching and learning assessment process from the students. This study was to assess the process of teaching and learning in medical educational media technology subject of the<sup> </sup>second year medical educational technology students, Faculty of Medicine, Khon kaen University.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Methods :</span></strong> Descriptive study design was used. Self administered on questionnaires Likert scale (1–5 score) and quality controlled by expert content validity consultation and reliability testing  (alpha = 0.96)  were distributed to all of 30 medical educational technology students. The interpretation of the criteria of assessment covers most (4.51-5.00), very much (3.51-4.50), moderate (2.51-3.50), low (1.51-2.50), and least (1.00-1.50).The return questionnaires was analyzed statistically, percentage, mean and standard deviation.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Results :</span></strong><strong> </strong>The result was  100 % response rate were analyzed. Subjects were composed of 9 male (36 %) and 16 female (64 %). The study reveal that the teaching and learning assessment  process of 5 parts in high level. There were ; (1) content (3.84±0.72), (2) course management (3.80 ± 0.68), (3) lecturers (3.76±0.73), (4) learners (3.78±0.65), (5) measurement and evaluation (3.79±0.91). There is1 part in moderate level ; instructional media and facility materials (3.40±1.29)</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Conclusions :</span></strong><strong> </strong>The second year medical educational technology students had judged at high score in all part of teaching and learning assessment process of basic knowledge for medical educational technology subject  and in the total (3.73±0.74).
