Dimetra (Oleaceae), a new genus record for Lao PDR

A monotypic genus Dimetra represented by D. craibiana Kerr known to be endemic to Thailand. Presently, the specimen from Xayaburi Province, Lao PDR are reported as newly discovered for Laos PDR. Detailed description and photographs are provided.
