Abstract

As part of a taxonomic revision towards a treatment of the family Meliaceae for the Flora of Thailand, a preliminary account is provided with keys to the genera, species, subspecies and varieties, full synonymy, notes on geographical and ecological distributions, vernacular names and uses. The account comprises 18 genera, 84 species, 3 subspecies and 4 varieties.
