Abstract

The family Aizoaceae was studied for "Flora of Thailand" under the advice of Prof. Kai Larsen during his sabbatical leave to Thailand in 1974.

This small family consisting of 5 genera is widely distributed in the tropics. Nine species are found in Thailand including one new record, Glinus herniaripides (Gagnep.) Tard.
