Seeds were packed in sealed aluminum foil bags and stored at 25 ± 2 and 30 ± 2°C for 18 months. The 2×7 factorial arrangement in the completely randomized design (CRD) consisted of two factors. Factor A was temperature: 25 ± 2 and 30 ± 2°C. Factor B was storage period: 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 months. The results showed that cucumber seed could be store up to 15 months at 25 ± 2°C and 6 months at 30 ± 2°C, which had high germination in laboratory and greenhouse (above 75%). The relationship between germination and storage period with polynomial equation results that seed storage at 25 ± 2 and 30 ± 2°C had longevity at 15.51 and 8.23 months, respectively. Moreover, trend analysis of seed quality when increasing storage period affected to increase seed moisture content (SMC) and mean germination time (MGT), while germination (Germ) and greenhouse germination (GH germ) decreased. Storage period and temperature were affected to seed quality and a multiple regression equation. Listed below; SMC = 8.347+ (0.128*X<sub>1</sub>) + (-0.063*X<sub>2</sub>) R<sup>2</sup>=0.820, Germ = 234.009 + (-4.414*X<sub>1</sub>) + (-4.457*X<sub>2</sub>) R<sup>2</sup>=0.762, MGT=3.017+ (0.218*X<sub>1</sub>) + (0.024*X<sub>2</sub>) R<sup>2</sup>=0.739, GH germ = 216.330 + (-4.473*X<sub>1</sub>) + (-3.686*X<sub>2</sub>) R<sup>2</sup>=0.744</p>}, number={6}, journal={วารสารแก่นเกษตร}, author={Kaewsorn, Pichittra and Sermsak, Raksak}, year={2020}, month={ธ.ค.}, pages={1206–1215} }
