Ikigai is a Japanese philosophical concept that emphasizes the value and purpose of life. The work of life insurance agents requires a combination of professional skills, customer service, and problem-solving abilities, all of which must be grounded in ethical standards and moral conduct. Life insurance agents are a vital distribution channel in the life insurance industry; thus, the development of their performance is crucial in meeting customer needs. The application of Ikigai principle to improve the performance of life insurance agents can be implemented through four key approaches 1) fostering motivation and inspiration in the workplace, 2) developing professional expertise, 3) cultivating a sense of social purpose, and 4) establishing a clear mission. These approaches represent an internal conceptual process that leads to external behavioral outcomes, contributing to the effective, appropriate, and sustainable development of life insurance agents’ businesses in Thailand, 2) to evaluate operational efficiency of dual-track railway expansion affecting success of transportation businesses, and 3) to develop and validate causal relationship between logistics management and the present operational efficiency of dual-track railway expansion influencing success of transportation businesses in Thailand. The study involved a population of 4,431 companies. Sample size of 300 was determined using the 1:20 variable estimation method and selected via systematic sampling. A questionnaire with an overall reliability of 0.983 was employed for data collection both online and onsite. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM).</p> <p>The following findings could be observed. 1) Level of logistic management influencing transportation business success in Thailand was found to be high. 2) Level of operational efficiency of dual-track railway expansion was found to be high, especially the aspect concerning cost management. 3) Regarding the present development and validation of causal relationship between logistics management and operational efficiency of dual-track railway expansion influencing success of transportation businesses in Thailand, the derived causal model was found to well aligned with empirical data (X2 = 15.268, df = 19, X2/df = 0.804, P = 0.705, RMSEA = 0.000, RMR = 0.022, CFI = 1.00, AGFI = 0.962, GFI = 0.992, TLI = 1.003) with 0.904 coefficient of determination (R² = 0.904). It could thus be observed that the model was accounting for 90.40% of the variance in transportation business success. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires administered to 66 respondents and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and multiple regression statistics. Qualitative data were obtained from structured interviews with five key informants and analyzed through content analysis by systematically organizing, categorizing, and interpreting relationships to draw meaningful conclusions.</p> <p>The findings revealed that: (1) the overall organizational culture of Wang Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Kamphaeng Phet District, Kamphaeng Phet Province, was at a high level. The overall level of the learning organization was also high (μ = 3.71). The overall organizational effectiveness was high (μ = 4.06). 2) organizational culture and learning organization significantly influenced organizational effectiveness at the 0.05 level. In particular, factors such as adaptability and mission-oriented culture, continuous learning, shared vision and empowerment, environmental linkage, and strategic leadership were identified as key factors. The study employed a research and development approach using a mixed-methods approach. comprising netnographic analysis, and in-depth interviews with 15 stakeholders from both the government and private sectors involved in the development of tourist attractions for recreational vehicles. Subsequently, confirmatory factor analysis was employed based on data from 840 tourists who had traveled using recreational vehicles in Thailand. In addition, data were collected through a focus group discussion, with 21 stakeholders, including representatives from government and private sectors, academics, and tourists. Cohen’s Kappa statistic was utilized to evaluate the policy proposals.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that:1) Thai tourists are increasingly interested in traveling with recreational vehicles due to the diverse potential of tourist destinations in Thailand. However, there are still limitations in the capacity of tourist attractions, 2) the confirmatory factor analysis reveals eight major components of the ecological friendly tourism for recreational vehicles of tourism attraction in Thailand; physical carrying capacity, facility carrying capacity, ecological carrying capacity, psychological carrying capacity, social cultural carrying capacity, economic carrying capacity, managerial carrying capacity and experiential carrying capacity, and 3) Policy recommendations for recreational vehicles were categorized into 8 major policies and 24 sub-policies, with a Cohen’s Kappa coefficient of 0.65. Data were collected from elderly people using quota sampling by questionnaire, totaling 1,250 people., 16 committee members from EQDCC and ES, and 32 stakeholders through participatory workshops using a purposive sampling. In addition, 17 experts were involved in model evaluation. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.</p> <p>The findings revealed that: 1) the development of elderly potential primarily focused on physical health, emotional, and mental well-being; 2) the major problems in the development process included discontinuity in the activities organized by EQDCC, lack of transportation for participants, and limited availability of committee members to manage the ES; and 3) the proposed management model for community networks toward an active aging society is based on four core principles: 1) responsiveness to the dynamics of the aging population, 2) integration, 3) learning and improvement, and 4) sustainability. The model incorporates input factors such as stakeholder networks, budgets, and materials/equipment, and operational processes grounded in: 1) management principles, 2) participatory approaches, 3) network development, 4) activity organization, and 5) potential development. The research instruments consisted of: 1) a survey on essential soft skills for work, 2) an employer satisfaction evaluation form regarding student work performance, 3) a student satisfaction evaluation form regarding soft-skills enhancement activities, and 4) an interview form for experts' opinions on guidelines for soft-skills development. The data were collected from three sample groups. Groups 1 and 2 were selected using a quota sampling method based on industry groups. Group 1 comprised 116 representatives of establishments, and Group 2 comprised 129 students who undertook internships in the first semester of the 2023 academic year. Group 3 consisted of five experts who validated the appropriateness of the proposed soft-skills development guidelines. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results showed that: 1) The most urgently required skill in the medical hub industry was Leadership and Social Influence (<em>M</em> = 5.00). The aviation and logistics, digital, and workforce-and-education industry groups required Resilience, Stress Tolerance, and Flexibility (<em>M</em> = 4.35, 4.57, and 4.69, respectively). These factors have led to declining transportation quality standards and inadequate systematic problem-solving approaches, directly compromising operational efficiency and safety performance. The objectives of this research are to 1) examine factors influencing road freight transportation improvements for safety enhancement, 2) develop an efficiency enhancement model through innovative transportation technology acceptance, and 3) propose practical operational guidelines aligned with real-world contexts. The study population consisted of 5,582 individuals, from which 400 participants were selected based on a 1:20 variable ratio and through probability sampling. Data collection employed an online questionnaire (reliability coefficient = 0.892), with analysis conducted using inferential statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).</p> <p>The findings reveal that technology acceptance (TAM) has a positive direct effect on transportation quality standards (TSQM) and safe transportation efficiency (SME), both directly and indirectly, with TSQM serving as a significant mediating variable. Additionally, safety management (TSM) significantly influences TSQM and SME both directly and indirectly. The model explains 68.80% of the variance in SME, consistent with TAM theory and concepts of quality and safety management. This implies that adopting appropriate technology and management systems helps enhance transportation efficiency and safety sustainably. The song integrates techniques from sound design, Foley, and automation, using an artistic research methodology based on practice-based research. The creative process is supported by both hardware and software tools for music and animation production. The research procedures include composition, animation production, and live performance.</p> <p>The findings reveal that “K.O.” consists of 135 measures, has a tempo of 125 BPM, and is a primarily in the key of E minor. The song mainly employs 4/4time signature, with occasional changes in key and meter. The musical form is hybrid, comprising the following sections: Introduction / A1 / B1 / A2 / Bridge / B2 / B3 / A3 / C1 / B4 / Transition1 / Transition 2 / C2 / Coda. The song is presented alongside an animation narrative themed around fighting games, featuring Chinese-style scenes and elements. The sample consisted of 319 mathematics student teachers from northern Rajabhat Universities, obtained through stratified random sampling, and 7 experts. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified) for ranking the priority needs.<br /><br />The findings revealed that 1) the overall need for developing the potential of mathematics student teachers in competency-based learning management was at the PNI_modified= 0.154. The highest level of need was found in the area of digital technology for mathematics learning (PNI_modified = 0.174), followed by assessment for learning mathematics (PNI_modified = 0.166), mathematics teaching methods(PNI_modified =0.158), and the lowest need was in mathematics content knowledge (PNI_modified = 0.127). 2) The guidelines for developing the potential of mathematics student teachers included: (1) promoting in-depth understanding and systematic knowledge integration; (2)emphasizing the design of learning management connected to real-life contexts; (3) encouraging the use of interactive programs to enhance conceptual understanding; (4) supporting the creation of diverse assessment tools and self-reflection for professional growth; (5) fostering activities that promote higher order thinking and active learning; and (6) emphasizing good role modeling and ethical development activities in the teaching profession.</p> Sukanya Seesomba Phutchrawalai Meesup Punnawit Baikularb Copyright (c) 2025 Chandrakasem Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-12-25 2025-12-25 31 2 R253 R268 https://li01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/crujournal/article/view/268336 <p>This research article aims to 1) study the historical background, laws, and policies related to youth football in Thailand, in comparison with those of foreign countries, and 2) study and analyze the legal problems and obstacles affecting the development of youth football in Thailand and propose approaches to improving Thai youth football promotion laws in a Thai context. The research adopts a qualitative methodology</p> <p>The study finds that Spain, England, and Japan implement hard law measures to ensure the rights of players related to contracts, labor, and education. In terms of football management and development, they employ soft law through regulations set by international sports organizations and football associations. These regulations establish standardized and unified systems that support a consistent philosophy in youth football development across all levels.</p> <p>In contrast, Thailand lacks organizational and managerial unity, faces a lack of organizational unity and insufficient legal protection for youth rights, and faces issues such as employment contracts, inadequate legal protection for youth players, poor coaching standards, disorganized competitions, and the absence of measures for unsuccessful professional transitions. Although the 20-Year National Football Development Master Plan (2017–2036), which follows the "Thailand Ways" concept, has been recognized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), it lacks legal enforceability, leading to ineffective implementation on a broader scale.</p> <p>Therefore, to effectively promote youth football in Thailand, a single core agency should be established to oversee youth football development. Legal measures should be enacted to develop policies and protect youth footballers’ rights. Amendments should be made to the Professional Sports Promotion Act B.E. 2556 to include youth football players.
