https://li01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/oasjournal <p>เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางเผยแพร่ความรู้ผลงานวิจัยและผลงานทางวิชาการ และบทความวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาชนบท ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี หรือการนำความรู้ไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ให้แก่ชุมชน ผ่านบทความวิชาการของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตลอดจนเผยแพร่กิจกรรมของสำนักบริการวิชาการ และข้อมูลข่าวสารอื่นที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน</p> สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น en-US วารสารวิจัยศิลปวิทยาการลุ่มน้ำโขง 2773-9694 https://li01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/oasjournal/article/view/270538 <p><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong></p> <p> การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการข้อมูลก่อนการผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วยต้อกระจกแบบวันเดียวกลับ โรงพยาบาลสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคต้อกระจกและได้รับ การนัดผ่าตัดต้อกระจกแบบผู้ป่วยใน จำนวน 192 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความต้องการข้อมูลก่อนการผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วยต้อกระจก แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 1.00 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา</p> <p> ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ป่วยต้อกระจกมีความต้องการข้อมูลก่อนการผ่าตัดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 2.65, S.D. = .49) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านมีความต้องการข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้าน ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ข้อมูลการฟื้นฟู (M = 2.75, S.D. = .45) รองลงมาคือ ข้อมูลการผ่าตัด (M = 2.70, S.D. = .47) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับชื่อแพทย์และพยาบาลผู้ให้การดูแล (M = 2.63, S.D. = .49)</p> <p> ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้ความรู้และข้อมูลก่อนการผ่าตัด ต้อกระจกให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วย โดยส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ผู้ป่วย และญาติ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วยต่อไป</p> <p><strong>คำสำคัญ</strong><strong>: </strong>โรคต้อกระจก, การผ่าตัดต้อกระจก, ความต้องการข้อมูล, โรงพยาบาลสงขลา</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p> This descriptive research aimed to study the preoperative information needs of day-discharge cataract patients at Songkhla Hospital. The sample group consisted of 192 patients diagnosed with cataracts and scheduled for inpatient cataract surgery. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample. Data was collected between August and October 2025. The research instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of two parts: personal information and information needs before cataract surgery for patients with Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliability. Part 1: Personal information of cataract patients was 1.00 and Part 2: Preoperative information needs of cataract patients was 0.95Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.</p> <p> The research findings indicated that cataract patients had a high overall need for information before surgery <em>(M = 2.65, S.D. = .49)</em> When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects had a high level of need for information, with the aspect having the highest average score being information on rehabilitation <em>(M = 2.75, S.D. = .45)</em> followed by surgery information <em>(M = 2.70, S.D. = .47)</em> and the aspect with the lowest average score was information about the names of the doctors and nurses who provided care. <em>(M = 2.63, S.D. = .49)</em></p> <p> The research findings can be used as a guideline to develop a model for providing education and information before cataract surgery that meets the needs of patients.
