The seeds of both cultivars were sterilized by sodium hypochorite (clorox) 15% for 10 minute. Then, embryos were transferred to MS medium supplemented with 2, 4D at four different concentration of 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg/l for 8 weeks.
