The system is designed to manage undergraduate students' thesis data within the major of computer and information technology. The primary objective of this system is to address the challenges associated with storing and retrieving project data, particularly due to the substantial volume and reliance on physical documents, which often present difficulties in terms of accessibility. The information system has been designed and developed as a web application, utilizing PHP language and the MariaDB database management system. It incorporates Responsive Design to ensure adaptability across different devices. To evaluate the system's performance, both expert evaluations and student satisfaction assessments were conducted using questionnaires. The expert evaluations revealed that the overall performance of the system was rated at a high level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}" /> = 4.37). Furthermore, the user interface was found to be highly effective in terms of ease of use (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}" /> = 4.67), which aligns with the satisfaction assessment results from the sample group. Then complete creation, experiment and improvement by the board of studies and evaluated by the experts. The results of this study indicate that Beating mushroom lump apparatus with automatic rope cutting can work well. It can beats 88 mushroom lumps per minute. The overall efficiency are at the high level in every aspect (average = 3.90 , S.D.= 0.83 ).
