In the district area along the border seam Ubon Ratchathani Its objectives are 1) to develop innovations from local knowledge that can add economic value to the community 2) to develop a management system to integrate knowledge of local knowledge of the community Caused by community participation. Developed in PHP language and built a relational database with MySQL database management system. This research collects data from Ban Lak Pai Community Enterprise Group areas, Buntharik District and Ban Kum Natural Dyeing Cotton Weaving Group Khong Chiam District. And the effectiveness of the program is assessed by computer experts.Results of the systematic study and community participation in gathering knowledge and local wisdom for the development of community products in the district along the border of Ubon Ratchathani Province.
