Studying individual, knowledge, attitude, economic, and social factors which affect on the implementation of the organic farming standards were evaluated. According to the questionnaire, the agriculturists lacked of knowledge in </span><span>chemical fertilizers and any chemicals banned. Organic manure must be taken through the process of fermentation before apply. Although the agriculturists have a positive attitude towards organic farming, but they suggested that organic farming comes with a complex process, makes difficulties for them, and they prefer to use chemical to control their pests. In the solution approach, the interview data cited that the </span><span lang="EN">agriculturists who certified by Organic Thailand standards, using ecological principles, bioproducts and beneficial microbe to crop management and the principle of sufficiency economy is recognized. In order to solve the problems, the knowledge of using organic fertilizers, ecosystem management, bioproducts and beneficial microbe substitute the synthetic chemical using must be introduced.
