บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนเป็นกระบวนการพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาแบบองค์รวมเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมและสมดุล จำเป็นที่จะต้องพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบทุกด้านของสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ ทั้งการเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา พิจารณาแบบองค์รวมในแง่ของการมีส่วนร่วม โดยคำนึงถึงการเชื่อมโยงที่เกิดขึ้นบนความหลากหลายของระบบเศรษฐกิจที่แตกต่างกัน พิจารณาการพัฒนาความสามารถในการแข่งขันบนพื้นฐานของทรัพยากรของตนเอง สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม จำเป็นต้องให้ความสำคัญกับความต้องการของทุกฝ่ายซึ่งต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และไม่ส่งผลกระทบในทางลบของการพัฒนาในอนาคตแนวคิดของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดยทั่วไปครอบคลุมในสามมิติ คือ มิติเศรษฐกิจ มิติทางสังคม (มีทุนมนุษย์ ปัจจัยของความสุขและฐานของการสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ) และมิติทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ (รวมการศึกษาและสภาพแวดล้อม)เพื่อให้เกิดกระบวนการการพัฒนาการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืนแบบบูรณาการมากขึ้น ควรดำเนินการภายใต้องค์ประกอบหลัก ต่อไปนี้ : 1) ความสามารถในการแข่งขันบนพื้นฐานของทรัพยากรและขีดความสามารถของสถาบัน 2) ความสามารถในการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนและกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และ 3) ความสามารถในการปรับตัวเข้ากับบริบทของท้องถิ่นและเป็นสากล โดยบูรณาการหลักการของการเรียนรู้ศตวรรษที่ 21 เข้าไปด้วยการวัดความสำเร็จของการศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตศึกษาในกระบวนทัศน์ใหม่นี้จะมีความหมายกว้างกว่าการประสบความสำเร็จของการศึกษาที่ไม่แสวงหากำไรแต่จะรวมตัวชี้วัดอื่นๆ ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความยั่งยืนของการศึกษาหลังปริญญา(บัณฑิตศึกษา) อาทิเช่นความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ (รวมถึงชุมชนในท้องถิ่นนั้นๆ) หลังสำเร็จการฝึกอบรม, อัตราการลาออกจากราชการ, ความคงอยู่ของบัณฑิตในท้องถิ่น ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) เป็นต้นโดยเฉพาะ CSR ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจในยุคนี้เป็นตัวอย่างหนึ่งของแนวโน้มของการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน การเพิ่มจำนวนของหลักสูตรของสถาบันการศึกษาเป็นกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมในครึ่งทศวรรษที่ผ่านมาแสดงแนวโน้มว่าทิศทางของการศึกษาในอนาคตจะอยู่ในทิศทางที่ถูกต้องของสถาบันหน่วยแพทยศาสตร์ศึกษาที่เข้าใจแนวคิดนี้จะเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสังคม ซึ่งจะเป็นการวางรากฐานเพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กรในอนาคตเช่นกัน

 

Abstract

Sustainable development is a process based on theholistic development to ensure a comprehension andbalance. The needs consider carefully all aspects of bothsocial and economic environment. Opportunity for allparties to participate in the development by consideringa holistic approach in terms of integration. The processesoccur on a variety of different economies such asconsider developing the capability to compete on thebasis of their own resources, society and environment. Theneed to focus on the needs of all parties must be relevantto the social and cultural context, no negatively impactfuture development.The concepts of sustainable development aregenerally three-dimensional agendas, including economic,social dimensions (include human capital, a factor ofhappy people and a base of economic value creation) andthe dimensions of natural resources (education and theenvironment) when used in accordance with the principleof more integrated education for sustainable development,include the following elements: 1) the competitiveadvantage based on resources and capacity and abilityof institutions 2) the ability to meet the needs of learnersand stakeholder groups, and 3) the ability to adapt to thecontext of local and international. Principles of the 21stcentury learning should be integrated.The measures of success of post graduate in thisnew paradigm will wider meaning than just a successfulof non-profit education. But will include other indicatorsthat reflect the degree of sustainability post graduatestudy such as the satisfaction of customers (includinglocal communities) after completion of training, turnover from the government, the existence of local graduatesand corporate social responsibility (CSR), etc. CSR havebeen particularly interested in today is one example of thetrend of sustainable development. Increasing the numberof social-related courses in the past half-decade trendthat shows the direction of future studies will be in theright direction of the institution. Medical Education Unit,which understands the concepts, will be participated andresponsible for promoting public health development. Thiswill lay the foundation for the future sustainability of theorganization as well.
