Abstract

Hospital brand building is a marketing strategy that can impress consumers and be one factor lead to success of the hospital. This review article demonstrates guideline and direction of hospital brand building, principles of hospital brand building, how to build the hospital brand, and how to maintain the hospital brand. In addition to marketing principles, some examples are shown to accomplish the theories.
