The children were enrolled in the study by the random sampling technique. The data was collected by the questionnaires.

The parent’s education level is primary school. There is report all year round, with the maximum report on June and July. The most common complication is vomiting (11.5%). 73.2% cases have no serious complication, 26.8% have measles vaccinated, 16.4% had been suffered from measles. Most the parents (49.7%) who did not take the child to get the vaccination has no significance concept in vaccination
The statistical analysis show that there is association between the education. But there is no association between the source of education about the vaccination, the parent’s miss concept and the coverage of the measles vaccination.
The prospective study should be conducted in order to find out the factors effected the measles for example : the miss belief of the parent in vaccination, the measles vaccine and the appropriate for the vaccination.
