The Organization of a Road Traffic Accident Patient Care of Security Officers at Scene in Khon Kaen University

Abstract

Principles and Objectives: Traffic accidents within Khon Kaen University have increased. The problem was delayed, the initial assessment and care was not effective. The purpose of this study was to develop personnel competency as community emergency volunteer and to design patient care at Khon Kaen campus.

Methodology:  Action research. The sample consisted of 100 officers from the EMS security unit, PCU unit at Srinagarind Hospital. Implementation period October 2015 - August 2019. The instrument used was PAOR circuits. The descriptive statistics were used. And content analysis

RESULTS :  After treatment of the traffic accident patients at the scene of the accident, 100% were reported to the appropriate team. 85% of the patients were supervised by the team within 5 minutes and the patient care was appropriate. 100% of the performance development showed that after the training, the knowledge was 100% higher, the highest satisfaction was 100% and the feedback on the format was in the range of 100%. very (X = 4.22, S.D. = 0.73)

Conclusion: Personnel development is a volunteer community emergency, enabling knowledgeable personnel. Understand the care of traffic accident patients at the scene of the crash effectively. This leads to the development of emergency medical services within Khon Kaen University, which is systematic and sustainable.

การจัดรูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุจราจร ณ จุดเกิดเหตุของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย  มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ : อุบัติเหตุจราจรภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้น และพบปัญหามีการ บริการล่าช้า  การประเมินและดูแลผู้ป่วยเบื้องต้น ณ จุดเกิดเหตุไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ  วัตถุประสงค์การศึกษานี้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะบุคลากรเป็นอาสาฉุกเฉินชุมชนและเพื่อจัดรูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วย ณ จุดเกิดเหตุภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

วิธีการศึกษา : เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เจ้าหน้าที่จำนวน 100 ราย จากหน่วยรักษาความปลอดภัย หน่วย EMS หน่วย PCU โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์  ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ ตุลาคม 2558 – สิงหาคม 2559  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ การปฏิบัติการวงจร PAOR จากนั้นใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษา :       หลังจัดรูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุจราจร ณ จุดเกิดเหตุ พบ  มีการแจ้งข้อมูลครบถ้วน ร้อยละ 100   จัดทีมเหมาะสมร้อยละ 85   ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลจากทีมภายใน 5 นาที และการดูแลผู้ป่วยเหมาะสมร้อยละ 100   ด้านการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ พบว่า  หลังอบรมมีความรู้สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 100 มีความพึงพอใจระดับมากถึงมากที่สุดร้อยละ 100  และความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก (x=4.22,S.D.=0.73)

สรุป :  การพัฒนาบุคลากรเป็นอาสาฉุกเฉินชุมชนทำให้บุคลากรมีความรู้ เข้าใจการดูแลผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุจราจร ณ จุดเกิดเหตุอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งนำไปสู่พัฒนาด้านบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมีความครอบคลุมต่อเนื่องเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน
