บทคัดย่อ

In carcinogenesis of bile duct cancer, there aresubstantial changes in gene expression profile resultingfrom the mutations of the key oncogene and tumorsuppressor genes. Much of cholangiocarcinoma researchover the past 10 years has been committed to explorationof genes that are differently expressed in tumor tissues ascompared with their normal counter parts in the processof carcinogenesis. To date, cumulative of understandingin cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is expanded to advancesin molecular basis in the genesis of CCA. The purposeof this review is to gather the recent in some expressedgenes that involve in Opisthorchis viverrini-associatedCCA carcinogenesis. The target molecules will providetools for better prevention, diagnosis and targetedtreatment of CCA.
