Churg-Strauss Syndrome : A cass report

บทคัดย่อ

A case of 29 year-old male presented eith history of chronic cough, muscle pain,arthralgia, progressive weakness of upper and lower extremities and palpable tender small cutaneous nodules for there months. Physical examination and all of laboratory investigations were compatible with Churg-Strauss syndrome, which is a rare disease and never been reported in Thailand.
