Ovarian Pregnancy – A Case Report

บทคัดย่อ

Ovarian Pregnancy is an uncommon type of ectopic pregnancy , the cause of which is unknown , The use of the intrauterine device (IUD) has been claimed to increase the incidence of ovarian pregnancy. Because of its rarity the diagnosis is usually only made at laparotomy. A case of primary ovarian pregnancy in a patient with an intrauterine device (IUD) is reported.
