Paget’s Disease of the breast : A Case Report

บทคัดย่อ

AbstractA 55 years old Thai female presented with patch and plaque with inflammatory lesions on nipple and areolar of right breast fro 2 years.  Pathology show to be Paget’s disease of the breast with metastasis to the right axillary lymph nodes.  Which is Carcinoma of breast stage 4.  Thinking and early detection of Paget’s disease can give favorable outcome by performing mastectomy.  At the invasive stage of the disease treatment follows protocol laid down for invasive carcinoma of breast.
