ผลลัพธ์การบริหารจัดการด้านการเงินศูนย์ตะวันฉายในการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2560-2563

หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์: ศูนย์ตะวันฉาย บริการดูแล รักษา ผ่าตัด ฟื้นฟูสภาพ พัฒนาระบบการดูแล งานวิชาการ วิจัย และช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วย/ครอบครัวด้วยเงินสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้นจึงต้องการทราบผลลัพธ์การบริหารการเงิน
วิธีการศึกษา: ศึกษาแบบตัดขวางแสดงผลลัพธ์การบริหารการเงิน จากข้อมูลรายงานประจำปีของศูนย์ฯ 3 ด้าน คือ รายรับ-รายจ่าย การดำเนินงาน และผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นตัวชี้วัดผลการดูผู้ป่วย ข้อมูลถูกรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ เสนอเป็นสถิติร้อยละ ภายใน 3 เดือน
ผลการศึกษา: พบว่าศูนย์ฯ ใช้เงินทุนจากต่างประเทศร้อยละ 49.78 จากร้อยละ 52.75 เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดูแลผู้ป่วย ผลลัพธ์ตรงตามเป้าหมายค่าชี้วัด 4 ตัว และ ใช้ทุนวิจัย ร้อยละ 38.71 จาก ร้อยละ 74.81 จากฝ่ายวิจัย มข.เพื่อการวิจัย และตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติในฐาน SciMago Q ที่ 1 และ 2 และฐาน QS/ISI 1 เรื่อง 6 เรื่อง และ 85 เรื่อง ตามลำดับ ศูนย์ฯซึ่งเป็นมูลนิธิ สามารถบริหารเงินร้อยละ 82.33 จากเงินบริจาคแค่ร้อยละ 77.60 ช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วย/ครอบครัว จำนวน 554 ราย/ปี เป็นเงิน 2,091,668.57 บาท
สรุป: ศูนย์ฯ ช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวผ่านมูลนิธิ โดย ดูแล รักษา ผ่าตัด และฟื้นฟูสภาพผู้ป่วยแบบสหวิทยาการ ผลลัพธ์การดูแลตรงตามเป้าหมาย การบริหารการเงินที่ดีโดยร่วมกันทำงานแบบบูรณาการ ส่งผลดีต่อการดูแลผู้ป่วย ผลงานวิจัยทางวิชาการได้ตีพิมพ์ทั้งระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
