Trastuzumab Deruxtecan: ยามุ่งเป้าสำหรับรักษามะเร็งเต้านม

มะเร็งเต้านมเป็นมะเร็งที่พบมากที่สุดและเป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตอันดับหนึ่งในเพศหญิงทั่วโลก เกิดจากการแบ่งตัวผิดปกติของเซลล์ในเต้านม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเนื้องอกเซลล์บุผิวที่พัฒนามาจากเซลล์ท่อน้ำนมและต่อมน้ำนม มะเร็งเต้านมสามารถแบ่งตามการรับอีสโตรเจนและโปรเจสเตอโรนออกเป็น 4 ชนิด คือ มะเร็งที่มีตัวรับอีสโตรเจนหรือโปรเจสเตอโรน มะเร็งที่มีตัวรับเฮอร์ทู มะเร็งที่มีตัวรับเฮอร์ทู ตัวรับอีสโตรเจนและตัวรับโปรเจสเตอโรน และมะเร็งที่ไม่มีทั้งตัวรับเฮอร์ทู ตัวรับอีสโตรเจนและตัวรับโปรเจสเตอโรนTrastuzumab Deruxtecan ซึ่งเป็น monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate ที่ยับยั้ง topoisomerase I มีประสิทธิภาพในการรักษาดีกว่าการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดทั้งในด้านของการเพิ่มอัตราการรอดชีวิตและการมีชีวิตรอดแบบปลอดการลุกลาม อีกทั้งยังเป็นพิษต่อตัวอ่อนและทารกในครรภ์ มีข้อห้ามใช้ในสตรีมีครรภ์
