บทคัดย่อ

หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์: การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มหญิงตั้งครรภ์เพิ่มขึ้นทั่วโลก แต่ผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของมารดาและทารกยังคงเป็นประเด็นที่ขาดการศึกษาเชิงลึก การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบโดยเน้นที่ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์
วิธีการศึกษา: การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Review) นี้ได้รวบรวมงานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2014 ถึง 2024 จากฐานข้อมูลวิชาการ เช่น PubMed, Google Scholar, และ CINAHL โดยใช้คำสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ งานวิจัยที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกถูกวิเคราะห์โดยใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (convergent analysis) เพื่อระบุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการทบทวนงานวิจัย 17 งานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ 13 ฉบับ งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ 4 ฉบับ เผยให้เห็นปัจจัยหลัก 5 ประการที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (เช่น อายุ และทัศนคติ) ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับความเสี่ยงและประโยชน์ของบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ปัจจัยทางสังคม (เช่น อิทธิพลจากครอบครัวและเพื่อน) การรับรู้จากสื่อออนไลน์ และคำแนะนำจากบุคลากรทางสุขภาพ

สรุป: ผลลัพธ์จากการศึกษาเน้นให้เห็นความจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมการให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครอบคลุมแก่หญิงตั้งครรภ์เกี่ยวกับความเสี่ยงจากการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า พร้อมพัฒนาแนวทางเพื่อสนับสนุนการลดการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
