ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: อาสาสมัครแกนนำศูนย์เพื่อนใจ TO BE NUMBER ONE จำเป็นต้องมีความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจ การเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจจึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ การศึกษานี้เป็นการพัฒนาและประเมินผลของโปรแกรม “ฉันทำได้” ที่มีต่อความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจของอาสาสมัครแกนนำฯ
วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นการศึกษารูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา ร่วมกับการศึกษาเชิงทดลองแบบสุ่มและมีกลุ่มควบคุม ดำเนินการในช่วงปีงบประมาณ 2568–2569 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ แกนนำอาสาสมัครศูนย์เพื่อนใจ TO BE NUMBER ONE ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและอาชีวศึกษา อายุ 18–24 ปี จำนวน 106 ราย (แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 53 ราย) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลลัพธ์ประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจ แบบประเมินสติ และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต (EQ-5D-5L และ VAS) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามหลัก intention-to-treat analysis (ITT) โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมานเพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มและเปรียบเทียบความเสี่ยงสัมพัทธ์ (relative risk; RR)
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการทดสอบโปรแกรม “ฉันทำได้” พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องและสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในการติดตามผลเดือนที่ 1 และ 2 (p < 0.05) โดยหลังสิ้นสุดโปรแกรม 2 เดือน พบค่า RR = 0.42 (95%CI=0.267 - 0.685; p < 0.001) นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับสติสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมในทุกช่วงเวลาหลังการทดลอง และมีคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตสูงกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระยะติดตามผล 2 เดือน (p < 0.05)
สรุป: โปรแกรม “ฉันทำได้” มีประสิทธิผลในการส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจ ระดับสติ และคุณภาพชีวิตของแกนนำอาสาสมัครเยาวชน ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิตแก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีบริบทใกล้เคียงกันได้
