ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหารของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับตำบลในจังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหาร และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับตำบลในจังหวัดราชบุรี ศึกษาในพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัติอาหาร พ.ศ. 2522 ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลที่มีหรือเคยมีสถานที่ผลิตอาหารในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ รวม 202 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 77.72 อายุเฉลี่ย 40.80 ปี มีประสบการณ์ตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหาร ร้อยละ 76.24 ความรู้ในการตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหาร พบว่าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ร้อยละ 50.99 มีความรู้ระดับพอใช้ (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 13.33 จาก 19 คะแนน) โดยร้อยละ 95.05 มีความรู้ในมาตรฐานสถานที่ผลิตด้านบำรุงรักษาและทำความสะอาด แต่มีความรู้ในด้านมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร ร้อยละ 32.76 ความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหารอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.72 จาก 5 คะแนน)
มีความคิดเห็นระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งว่าการตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหารเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.38 จาก 5 คะแนน) แต่มีความคิดเห็นในระดับไม่แน่ใจ/เฉย ๆ ในด้านการได้รับยกย่องยอมรับนับถือและยอมรับในบทบาทหน้าที่ (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.26 จาก 5 คะแนน) และพบว่าเพศ (p = 0.047) ประสบการณ์ตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหาร (p = 0.010) และจำนวนสถานที่ผลิตอาหารในพื้นที่ (p = 0.027) มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาที่ได้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้การปฏิบัติงานตรวจสถานที่ผลิตอาหารมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
