ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการสนับสนุนการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างเหมาะสมของ เภสัชกรชุมชนตามหลักวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเข้าใจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการสนับสนุนการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างเหมาะสมของเภสัชกรชุมชน ตามหลักวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชนขององค์การอนามัยโลก เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในกลุ่มผู้เกี่ยวข้อง มีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ เภสัชกรชุมชนประจำร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน (ขย.1) จำนวน 17 ราย เภสัชกรจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนา GPP จำนวน 2 ราย ผลการศึกษาแสดงถึงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทด้านต่าง ๆ มีเหตุผลสนับสนุนส่วนใหญ่ คือ ประโยชน์ที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งต่อผู้ป่วย เภสัชกรชุมชนและร้านยา และเหตุผลคัดค้านที่แตกต่างกัน เช่น เหตุผลทางธุรกิจ มีหน่วยงานหลักอื่นเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบอยู่แล้ว บริบทของร้านยา เป็นต้น ส่วนการนำบทบาทต่าง ๆ มาปฏิบัติจริงนั้น มีปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องคำนึงถึง ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเภสัชกรชุมชน ปัจจัยด้านผู้รับบริการ และปัจจัยด้านบริบทของร้านยา นอกจากนี้ยังต้องการการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐหรือองค์กรในการปฏิบัติบทบาทต่าง ๆ ดังนั้น หากจะนำหลักปฏิบัติดังกล่าวมากำหนดเป็นแนวทางการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างเหมาะสมของเภสัชกรชุมชนในประเทศไทย ควรมีการสนับสนุนให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านข้อมูล ความรู้ และทักษะการปฏิบัติให้ชัดเจนและต่อเนื่องจากองค์กรที่มีความรู้ ความชำนาญ และมีเครือข่าย เพื่อให้เภสัชกรชุมชนที่รับผิดชอบงานในร้านเพียงผู้เดียวสามารถปรับตัวและจัดการกับบทบาทใหม่ที่ไม่คุ้นเคยและชำนาญพอ
จนสามารถปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเหล่านี้ได้จริงในบริบทร้านของตน
