Abstract

Soil Microorgnisms; N2 - fixing bacteria, Bradyrhizobium and Azospirillum were maintained by freeze-drying or lyophylization method. The viability and stability of bacteria were checked. The results showed that number of rhizobia maintained constant after stored 6 months and 1 year and 2 years. For the stability of cultures, the results showed no significant difference of cultures mintained in ampoules or in agar tubes for 6 months and also no significant difference of 2 cultures stored 1 year.
