Four indigenous Leguminosae species: Vigna spp., Dolichos lablab L., Clitoria ternatea L., and Indigofera tinetoria L., which collected their germplasm in Genebankof Biotechnology Research and Development Office, Patumthani, Thailand. Their DNA fingerprints were done by Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) technique using 20 ISSR primers during October 2012 - September 2013 at molecular biology laboratory of Genebank Research and Development Group, Biotechnology Research and Development Office (Bang-Khen, Bangkok, Thailand). The number of ISSR primers which provided clear reproducible and scorable bands in DNA fingerprint of Vigna spp., D. lablab L., C. ternatea L., and I. tinetoria L. were 8, 7, 7 and 4, respectively. However, the polymorphism was found only in Vigna spp.
