Studies on evaluation of the suitable incubation rang of culture mediums from six strains of soil actinomycetes namely NSP1,NSP2, NSP3, NSP4, NSP5 and NSP6 isolated from the Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, Chiang Mai Province in controlling Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolate NDM_F012 (Highly resistant to carbendazim fungicide. HR) causing anthracnose disease on mango cv ‘Nam Dok Mai’. The actinomycetes were cultivated on enzyme production medium (EPM) and then were separated into two parts: culture medium (NF) and another part which were filtrated by bacterial filtrate membrane (Minisart®), culture filtrate medium (F). The suitable incubation period actinomycetes culture mediums in inhibiting the colony growth of the pathogen were 3-7 days and decreased when the incubation time was increased, which showed antifungal activities in range of 38.88-77.50%. Moreover, the antifungal activities from culture mediums which filtrations of actinomycetes away were significantly lower than culture mediums. For testing in term of decreasing anthracnose disease on mango fruits, the highest efficacy were given from 5 days incubation cultured medium, which were in range of 16.56-37.80%. Both actinomycetes culture mediums were not given any effect on the mango fruits.
