Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพเครื่องตีฟูก้อนฝ้ายให้เหมาะกับการนำไปใช้ เป็นวัสดุสำหรับยัดไส้ในของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องนอนสำหรับผู้ประกอบการในระดับวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตัวเครื่องใช้ชุดต้นกำลังจากล้อขับหมุนด้วยความเร็วรอบ 1,440 รอบต่อนาที มีความเร็วรอบของ ล้อตาม 389 รอบต่อนาที ด้วยอัตราทดที่ 3.7:1 รอบต่อนาที มีประสิทธิภาพด้านเวลาในการการตีฟู ก้อนฝ้ายที่น้ำหนัก 0.5 กิโลกรัม ใช้เวลาการตีเฉลี่ย 0.43 นาที น้ำหนัก 1 กิโลกรัม ใช้เวลาการตีเฉลี่ย 1.49 นาที น้ำหนัก 1.5 กิโลกรัม ใช้เวลาการตีเฉลี่ย 2.13 นาที และที่น้ำหนัก 2 กิโลกรัม ใช้เวลาการ ตีเฉลี่ย 2.40 นาที โดยสามารถตีฟูก้อนฝ้ายในปริมาตร 1 ลูกบาศก์ฟุต ให้ฟูตัวเพิ่มขึ้นได้มากถึง 4 ลูกบาศก์ฟุต เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเครื่องเดิมที่สามารถตีฟูก้อนฝ้ายได้เพียง 3.7 ลูกบาศก์ฟุต

The development of a performance hit full bale of cotton was used as stuffing material bedding products

This research aims to develop a cotton spinning machine for the production of mattress stuffing for use by local enterprises. The machine rotates at a speed of 1440 rpm with a wheel speed of 389 rpm and a gear ratio of the spinning wheel of 3.7:1 rpm. The machine can spin half a kilo of cotton balls in 0.43 minutes, a kilo of cotton ball in 1.49 minutes, a kilo and a half of cotton ball in 2.13 minutes and two kilos of cotton ball in 2.40 minutes. The machine can fluff 1 cubic feet of cotton balls to a maximum of 4 cubic feet, compared to the 3.7 cubic feet achieved by the previously-used machine.
