รูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่เหมาะสม ของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และ3)เพื่อกำหนดรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 5 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) กำหนดกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) กำหนดองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประจำคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 575 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test และ 3) การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของร่างรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 คน 4) การประเมินความเหมาะสมของร่างรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่ได้จากการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 15 คน 5) สรุปรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาราชภัฏมีค่าเฉลี่ยของสภาพที่พึงประสงค์สูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบันในทุกด้านและทุกประเด็น สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาเป็นดังนี้ ด้านการประเมินและวิจัยพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.96) ด้านการฝึกอบรมและการนิเทศการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.96 ) ด้านการจัดองค์การเพื่อดูแลระบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.95) ด้านการใช้และการบริการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.95) ด้านการการจัดเก็บและการซ่อมบำรุงนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.93) ด้านการจัดหาหรือสรรหานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.91)

2. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

3. รูปแบบการจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่ผู้วิจัยกำหนดขึ้น ตามความเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมทุกด้าน

An Appropriate Educational Technology and Innovation Management Model for Faculty of Industrial Technology of Rajabhat Universities.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study current innovation and educational technology management and desirable innovation and educational technology management at the faculties of Industrial Technology of Rajabhat Universities; 2) to compare the current innovation and educational technology management with the desirable innovation and educational technology management; and 3) to plan an appropriate innovation and educational technology management for the faculties of Industrial Technology of Rajabhat Universities.

The research procedures were as follows:

1. The framework of the research was defined from the available data, documents and related research.

2. The components of the innovation and educational technology management were identified. The research participants were 575 personnel including executives, lecturers, and faculty advisors of the faculties of Industrial Technology of Rajabhat Universities. The research tool were questionnaires seeking opinions about the current state and the desirable characteristics of innovation and educational technology management and of the assessment form. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test.

3. Assessment of the feasibility of the model concerning innovation and educational technology management was carried out through a focus group with 12 senior advisors.

4. Assessment of the appropriateness of the model concerning innovation and educational technology management was carried out through a focus group with 15 senior advisors.

5. A model for the innovation and educational technology management was finalized.

The results are as follows:

1. The desirable characteristics of the innovation and educational technology management outweighed the current state in every aspect. The desirable characteristics include the following aspects: the assessment and development of innovation and educational technology (average = 4.96), training and supervision of innovation and educational technology (average = 4.96), the management system (average = 4.95), the terms and service of the innovation and educational technology (average = 4.95), the maintenance (average = 4.93), and the provision of the innovation and educational technology (average = 4.91).

2. There were significant differences between the current state of the innovation and educational technology management and the desirable one, at 0.05 level.

3. The model of the innovation and educational technology management suggested by the researcher was considered appropriate in every aspect by the senior advisors.
