การจัดการความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจสำหรับผู้บริหาร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏด้วยการใช้ฐานตัวแบบการชักเหตุผล

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏด้วยการใช้ตัวแบบการชักเหตุผล เริ่มด้วยการแสวงหาองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหาร งบประมาณ การบริหารบุคลากร และการจัดการงานวิชาการ จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 4 แห่ง แล้วนำมา สังเคราะห์เพื่อออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูล จัดทำระบบคลังข้อมูล จากนั้นเป็นการเลือกตัวแบบมาตรฐาน ที่เหมาะสม และใช้ซอฟต์แวร์เอเยนต์ในการจัดการให้ค่าผ่านตัวแบบ ท้ายที่สุดมีการปรับตัวแบบ ที่เหมาะสมโดยใช้หลักการฐานตัวแบบการชักเหตุผล มีผลทำให้ข้อมูลสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ มีความ ถูกต้องเกินกว่าร้อยละ 80 และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขในการตัดสินใจมากยิ่งขึ้น

Knowledge Management for Development of Decision Support System for Executives of Rajabhat Universities using Model-Based Reasoning

The purpose of this research was to develop a decision support system (DDS) for executives of Lampang Rajabhat University. The research included gathering data from four Rajabhat universities regarding budget, personnel, and academic management. The data were synthesized and used to design a database system and to build a data warehouse. A suitable standard model was later chosen and a software agent was employed to manage a procedure by which values were passed into the model. The model was adjusted using the concept of model-based reasoning to make it more suitable to the context. The results showed that the data used for supporting the decision were acceptable at a level greater than 80 percent and were flexible with regard to changes in the decision conditions.
