แนวทางการเพิ่มผลิตภาพกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์กะลามะพร้าว ตำบลปงยางคก อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางในการเพิ่มผลิตภาพของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์กะลามะพร้าว ตำบลปงยางคก อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภาพการผลิต และศึกษาแนวทาง ในการเพิ่มผลิตภาพของกลุ่มผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์กะลามะพร้าว บ้านทุ่งบ่อแป้น โดยรวบรวมข้อมูล และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประสานงานของทรายทองกะลามะพร้าว จำนวน 4 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลิตภาพรวมมีค่าระหว่าง 1.09 ถึง 1.28 และผลิตภาพมูลค่าเพิ่มระหว่าง 1.27 ถึง 2.33 สำหรับ ผลิตภาพย่อยพบว่า ผลิตภาพวัสดุ มีค่าระหว่าง 1.25 ถึง 1.86 ผลิตภาพแรงงาน มีค่าระหว่าง 3.90 ถึง 11.60 และผลิตภาพการจัดการ มีค่าระหว่าง 49.69 ถึง 150.70 การเพิ่มผลิตภาพวัสดุ และแรงงานทำได้โดยการกำหนดมาตรฐานของงานและผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยการศึกษาวิธีการทำงาน และการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ และการจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มย่อยเพื่อลดการสูญเสียของปัจจัยการผลิต และแก้ปัญหาการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ

Productivity Improvement in Coconut Shell Product at The improvement of products made from coconut shells

The purpose of the study was to find ways to improve the productivity of workers manufacturing coconut shell products in Thambon Pongyangkhok, Hangchat District, Lampang Province. The data were collected through interviews with four coordinators at Sai Thong coconut shell enterprise. The study shows that the total productivity varied from 1.09 to 1.28 and the value added productivity varied from 1.27 to 2.33. When divided into different sections, it was found that the partial productivity of materials varied from 1.25 to 1.86, labour productivity varied from 3.90 to 11.60 and management productivity varied from 49.69 to 150.70. The results suggest that increases in material and labor productivity could be implemented by standardizing work practices and products through work analysis and product design. The organization of small group activities could also minimize the loss of input and production problems.
