DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR TRAINING AND SEMINAR MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY OF KING MONGKUT’S UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY NORTH BANGKOK

This research aims to study, gather requirements, and develop an online registration system. The purpose of this system is to provide a solution for event organizers in managing meetings, training sessions, and seminars. It can be applied to both internal and external organizations. King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok is provided with an information system for managing and registering attendees for events that follow a standardized format. This system helps reduce errors and operational time. After implementation, user satisfaction was evaluated. The results indicated a very high level of satisfaction, with an average satisfaction score of 4.61. The executive group reported an average satisfaction score of 4.94, the lecturer group reported 4.36, the staff group reported 4.66, the organizer group reported 4.50, and the attendees reported 4.67.
