โครงการถอดชุดประสบการณ์การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน : กรณีศึกษา การบูรณาการการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม กับการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้มีรายได้น้อย (โครงการบ้านมั่นคง ชุมชนพระราม 9 บ่อ 3)

Abstract

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ได้มุ่งสู่การสร้างแบบ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบความ ร่วมมือ และบทบาทของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ในการจัดการใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน ตลอดจน เพื่อศึกษาแบบแผนการประเมินผลลัพธ์ จากกระบวนการที่มีต่อผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ที่สะท้อนถึงผลประโยชน์ที่ได้รับปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการนำรูปแบบ ไปใช้ประโยชน์ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาจาก นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ในรายวิชาออกแบบ สถาปัตยกรรม 7 ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน แบบบูรณาการการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยใน โครงการบ้านมั่นคงในพื้นที่ชุมชนพระราม 9 บ่อ 3 โดยได้ประสานงานกับตัวแทนชุมชน ในพื้นที่และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสถาบัน พัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (องค์การมหาชน) จากการวิจัยพบว่า การเกิดรู้แบบการ เรียนรู้เป็นอย่างดีต้องมีกระบวนการความ ร่วมมือที่สำคัญจาก 3 ส่วน คือ การสร้าง เครือข่ายทางการศึกษา (Partnership) กระบวนการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างเครือข่าย (Procession) และการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่าง ชุมชนและผู้เรียน (Public Participation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้เรียนสามารถพัฒนา ทักษะสามารถประเมินตนเองในการพัฒนา ทักษะทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทักษะการเรียนรู้ และนวัตกรรม ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และ เทคโนโลยี และทักษะชีวิตและการทำงาน เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นโครงการออกแบบ

EXPERIENTIAL MODELING OF COMMUNITY BASED LEARNING CASE STUDY OF INTEGRATION OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN LEARNING AND LOW-INCOME HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (BAAN MUNKONG : PROJECT AT RAMA 9 SUMA 9 SUMP 3 COMMUNITY)

This research is aim to study another method of learning which called “Community Based Learning” (CBL). The objectives of the research is to study a model of cooperation, the role of stakeholders in a community based learning management as well as to study the pattern of outcomes of the process toward the stakeholder that reflects the benefits, problems, obstacles and suggestion in the study to utilize. The research using the course of Architectural Design 7 as a case study which proceeding from the fourth year student to design a Low - income Housing development (Baan Munkong Project) at RAMA 9 S u m p 3 b y c o o r d i n a t e w i t h representative community in the area and supported from Community Organization Development Institute (CODI) The research found that to success the Community Based Learning it must be deal with in the 3P components which are Partnership, Procession and Public participation. The role of institutions, the role of the community and the role of the organization involved - to achieve a consistent process since the start of the site until the design in the last step. Particularly, it make the student’s learning skills and mental in terms of learning skills and innovation, information technology and media skills and life skills and work. In addition, CBL can prepare the students to be adapted their skills toward the professional practice in the future.
