บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิถีชีวิตผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในพื้นที่อำเภอมัญจาคีรี จังหวัดขอนแก่น ใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบผู้ป่วยกรณีศึกษา โดยศึกษาจากผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาในโรงพยาบาลมัญจาคีรี อำเภอมัญจาคีรี จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 10 คน ผู้ป่วยถูกเลือกอย่างเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคมถึงเมษายน พ.ศ.2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนถึงวิถีชีวิตผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 “6 ต้อง”ที่ผู้ป่วยดำเนินชีวิต ได้แก่ “ต้อง”กำกับโรค “ต้อง”หาอยู่หากิน “ต้อง”กินสิ่งที่มี “ต้อง”เบิ่งแยงครอบครัว “ต้อง”ติดตามข่าวสาร และ “ต้อง”ร่วมกิจกรรมชุมชน

ABSTRACT

This qualitative research aimed to study diabetes type 2 patients' lifestyle in Mancha Khiri district, Khon Kaen province by using case study method. Ten Diabetes type 2 patients, who were treated at Mancha Khiri hospital, were recruited by purposive sampling. Data were collected by interviewing from March 2021 to April 2021. Data were analyzed by using the content analysis technique. The result revealed "6 must" of the way of life such as  “must” to control disease, “must” to find a living, “must” eat what has, “must” be proud of the family, “must” followed the news, and “must” participate in community activities.
