การทดสอบพันธุ์มันฝรั่งต้านทานโรคใบไหม้ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบนและภาคเหนือตอนล่าง The study of late blight resistant potatoes production in north of Thailand

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้พันธุ์มันฝรั่งที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการผลิตในแต่ละฤดูปลูก โดยปลูกทดสอบพันธุ์มันฝรั่งสายพันธุ์ต้านทานโรคใบไหม้ 3 พันธุ์ ได้แก่ สายพันธุ์ A3 A9 และพันธุ์แอตแลนติก ปลูกในช่วงเวลาที่ต่างกัน ได้แก่ ฤดูแล้ง (พฤศจิกายน-ธันวาคม) ฤดูฝนช่วงที่ 1 (เมษายน- พฤษภาคม) และฤดูฝนช่วงที่ 2 (สิงหาคม- กันยายน) ในพื้นที่อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก และอำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า ในพื้นที่ปลูกจังหวัดตาก สายพันธุ์ A3 มีปริมาณผลผลิตต่อไร่และปริมาณของแข็งที่ละลายน้ำได้มากที่สุดเมื่อปลูกในฤดูแล้ง และไม่พบโรคเหี่ยวเขียวและใบไหม้ในทุกฤดูปลูก ในขณะที่พื้นที่ปลูกจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า สายพันธุ์ A3 มีปริมาณของแข็งที่ละลายน้ำได้มากที่สุดในฤดูแล้งและฤดูฝนช่วงที่ 2 ส่วนสายพันธุ์ A9 มีปริมาณของแข็งที่ละลายน้ำได้มากที่สุดในฤดูแล้งและฤดูฝนช่วงที่ 1 และปริมาณความแน่นเนื้อมากที่สุดเมื่อปลูกในฤดูแล้ง ฤดูแล้งสายพันธุ์ A3 และ A9 มีปริมาณแป้งสูงที่สุด คือ 19.1 และ 19.4 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ ส่วนการปลูกในฤดูฝนนั้น พบว่า สายพันธุ์ A9 ให้ปริมาณแป้งสูงที่สุด คือ 17.5 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และพบโรคเหี่ยวเขียวและใบไหม้ในฤดูฝน

Abstract

                        Late blight resistant potatoes for off-season production in north of Thailand was conducted by Tak Agricultural Research and Development Center and Chiang Mai Royal Agricultural Research Center. Three varieties of potatoes i.e. Atlantic, A3 and A9 were produced in Tak and Chiang Mai provinces. In Tak area, results showed the interaction of varieties and production seasons significant effect on plant height and yield. Also, there was no appearance of late blight and bacteria wilt. Meanwhile, in Chiang Mai, results showed the interaction of varieties and production seasons significant effect on tuber weight per plant, the number of tubers per plant, good yield, gross and solid density. The great yield was found in A3 variety when planted in rainy and late rainy season. Moreover, A9 variety showed the highest gross solid in dry and rainy seasons, even as, A3 variety demonstrated gross solid in rainy and late rainy. Additionally, the appearance of late blight was found only in late-rainy season.
