การใช้พาเรโต้และก้างปลาจัดการปัญหา โปรแกรมอนุมัติสำเร็จการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น The Use of Pareto Chart and Fishbone Diagram to Handle Khon Kaen University’s Graduation Approval Application Problems

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้      มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้โปรแกรมอนุมัติผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ประชากรจำนวนทั้งสิ้น  51 คน  สถิติที่ใช้คือ  ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้โปรแกรมมี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้  1. ขั้นตอนบันทึกโครงสร้างหลักสูตร การใช้งานโปรแกรมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.70 และไม่ใช้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.30    2. ขั้นตอนแจ้งการสำเร็จการศึกษา การใช้งานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.55  และไม่ใช้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.45          3. ขั้นตอนอนุมัติสำเร็จการศึกษามีการใช้งานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.48 และไม่ใช้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.52   4. ระบบรายงานชื่อผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา  การใช้งานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.63 ไม่ใช้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.37  และผลการวิเคราะห์โดยเรียงลำดับปัญหาสำคัญจากแผนภูมิพาเรโต้พบว่า ข้อมูลหลักสูตรไม่เป็นปัจจุบันเป็นปัญหาที่มีความเสี่ยงทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดของสารสนเทศมากที่สุด  ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อการอนุมัติผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา      ดังนั้น  จึงได้นำแผนผังก้างปลามาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาดังกล่าวและค้นหาสาเหตุที่สำคัญ เพื่อให้การจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นรูปธรรม  ซึ่งได้ผลลัพธ์ดังนี้ คือ ด้านซอฟแวร์ควรปรับปรุงโปรแกรมขั้นตอนบันทึกโครงสร้างหลักสูตรและการเทียบโอนรายวิชา เพื่อให้รองรับข้อมูลโครงสร้างหลักสูตรที่ถูกต้อง   ด้านงานบริหารจัดการบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสำเร็จการศึกษาควรเพิ่มพูนทักษะการทำงาน ความเข้าใจเกณฑ์การสำเร็จการศึกษา  การจัดทำปฏิทินการดำเนินงาน  คู่มือการใช้งานที่เผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ  การสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานร่วมกันและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้

Abstract

  The research was aimed to study the utilization of graduation approval application for Khon Kaen University Bachelor's degree students.       The population of the study consisted of   51 faculty members.  The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

  The study found that there were 4 steps of the graduation approval process: - (1) course structure recording, (2) graduation request, (3) approval for graduation and (4) graduation report. Most of the respondents started from the graduation request process, accounting for 71.55 percent. Only 65.70 percent of the respondents recorded the course structure due to the limitations of the application. This corresponded to the Pareto chart tool’s sorting the most important problem groups, the course structure was not up-to-date and consequently would cause the impact for the graduation approval process tremendously. After the main problem was identified, the fishbone diagram (Ishikawa) was used to identify other causes related to this core problem and to guide the development and improvement processes of the application. Two aspects of the improvement were recommended; first the software itself in both the course structure and course transference and second people ware: - students and application users. The latter was an administration divided into topics as follows: defining working calendar, publication, knowledge management, creating coordination network, on-site visit, user-manual published in various formats such as e-book, YouTube or webpage and monitoring and reminding system.
