รูปแบบการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลการช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสภาวะวิถีปกติใหม่ โรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม The Development of The Student Care And Support System Model in New Normal Era At Nonkhowittayakhom School

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สร้างและทดลองใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ และประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน หัวหน้างานกิจการนักเรียน คณะกรรมการนักเรียน และครูที่ปรึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 รวม 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ แบบสังเกต แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงสถิติและเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สภาพการดำเนินการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม พบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ดำเนินการตามระบบดูช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน
2. รูปแบบการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม ประกอบด้วย 1) ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญ 2) หลักการ 3) จุดมุ่งหมาย 4) กระบวนการ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยใช้กลยุทธ์ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ กิจกรรมการพัฒนา และการกำกับติดตามผล
3. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม พบว่า กิจกรรมส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สามารถส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงและกลุ่มมีปัญหา ปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นได้ โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมาก
4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนโนนค้อวิทยาคม พบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในวิธีการ กระบวนการและขั้นตอนในการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบ และนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงและกลุ่มมีปัญหา สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์มาเป็นกลุ่มปกติได้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.83

Abstract
           The objectives of this research were to study the operating conditions of the student support system, to create and test the model. development of strategies, and to assess the strategy development model, target group, namely the deputy director of the school, head of student support system, head of guidance, students, parents of students, student affairs supervisor, classroom representative students, and the committee, counselors in grades 1-6, totaling 167 people. The tools used were tests, observation forms, questionnaires, and interviews. The data were analyzed using statistical and content analysis methods of the research results.
          1. Conditions of operation of the student support system at Non Kho Wittayakhom School the results, the target group has implemented a system to help students in getting to know students individually and student screening.
          2. The model for developing strategies to promote the student care and assistance system at Non Kho Wittayakhom School consists of 1) Background and Importance 2) Principle 3) Objectives 4) Process 5) Measurement and Evaluation using strategy workshops development activities and follow-up supervision.
         3. The results of using the model for developing strategies to promote the student support system at Non Kho Wittayakom School found that the activities to promote the student care system able to encourage students in at-risk groups and problem groups Non Kho Wittayakhom School can change behavior in a better way. Overall, the mean at a high level.
         4. The results of the evaluation of the strategy development model to promote the student support system at Non Kho Wittayakom School revealed that the target group had knowledge and understanding of the methods. Systematic processes and procedures for caring and helping students and students in at-risk groups and problem groups were able to modify their behaviors undesirable can come as a normal group, representing 94.83 percent.
