บทคัดย่อ

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในรายวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 โรงเรียนห้วยทรายประชาสรรค์ เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันสําหรับเรียนรู้ผ่านวีดิทัศน์แบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Edpuzzle) 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) ผ่านโปรแกรม Edpuzzle กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565   จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) ผ่านโปรแกรม Edpuzzle รายวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565, 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) รายวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565,  3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน จำนวน 20 ข้อ และ 4) แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) ผ่านโปรแกรม Edpuzzle สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาร้อยละความก้าวหน้าของคะแนน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการวิจัยการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) โปรแกรม Edpuzzle ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ของโรงเรียนห้วยทรายประชาสรรค์ ผู้วิจัยได้สรุปผลได้ดังนี้

           ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ของโรงเรียนห้วยทรายประชาสรรค์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ที่เรียนวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) ผ่านโปรแกรม Edpuzzle มีคะแนนหลังเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนเรียน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนพัฒนาการเท่ากับ 8.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.002. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนห้วยทรายประชาสรรค์ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ที่เรียนวิชาชีววิทยาพื้นฐาน เรื่องห่วงโซ่อาหาร (Food Chain) โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ (Video) ผ่านโปรแกรม Edpuzzle มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.70 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the learning achievement in basic biology course of students in Mathayom 4, Semester 1, Academic Year 2022, Huai Sai Prachasan School about food chain (Food Chain) by using video media (Video) through an application for learning through interactive video (Edpuzzle) 4 towards teaching in basic biology course. The subject of food chain (Food Chain) by using video media (Video) through the program Edpuzzle. The sample used in this research consisted of 39 students in the first semester of the academic year 2022 by choosing a specific model from population. The tools used to collect data are: 1) Video media (Video) about food chains (Food Chain) through the program Edpuzzle, basic biology course. Mathayomsuksa 4, 1st semester, academic year 2022; 2) Food Chain Learning Management Plan, Basic Biology Course. Secondary School Year 4, 1st semester, Academic Year 2022; 3) Test to measure achievement before and after learning basic biology, 20 items and 4) Survey of student satisfaction towards teaching basic biology. The food chain (Food Chain) by using video media (Video) through the program Edpuzzle. Statistics used in data analysis are mean, percentage, standard deviation and finding the percentage progression of the score. The results showed that from the data analysis, research results, development of teaching and learning management in basic biology subjects. The story of the food chain (Food Chain) using video media (Video) through the program Edpuzzle at the Mattayom 4 in the first semester of the academic year 2022 of Huai Sai Prachasan School. The researcher can summarize the results as follows:

The academic achievement of Mathayomsuksa 4 students of Huai Sai Prachasan School

The first semester of the academic year 2022 studying basic biology. On the food chain (Food Chain) using video media (Video) through the program Edpuzzle has higher scores after studying than before. The average development score was 8.00, representing 38.002%. The satisfaction of Mathayom 4 students at Huay Sai Prachasan School in the first semester of the academic year 2022 who studied basic biology. Regarding the food chain, using video media (Video) through the Edpuzzle program, the overall satisfaction was averaged at 4.70, which was at the highest level of satisfaction.
