Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. to study the situation of the organization of the conference and exhibition industry, MICE business of Beijing Province 2. Survey and analyze the potential of Beijing's MICE industry, conferences, and exhibitions. 3. Study guidelines for developing organizational management of the conference and exhibition industry, MICE business of Beijing Province is a mixed methods research. There are research tools including questionnaires and interviews. The sample size is 55 people, which comes from calculating the sample size/target group using the Kenzie Ann Morgan formula. at an error level of 0.05 that comes from random sampling The data collected from the questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, consisting of percentages, means, standard deviations, and recordings. The data was collected from documents/literature/interviews.


The research results found that


1 found that the organization of the conference and exhibition industry, MICE business in the digital economy era of Beijing Province of China is moderate.


2 It was found that the convention and exhibition industry, MICE business in the digital economy era of Beijing Province has good potential and has a complete tourism infrastructure.


3 found that existing strengths should be promoted to set the direction for Beijing to be a destination for organizing important MICE activities in the country.
