บทคัดย่อ

          บทความทางวิชาการนี้้มีวัตถุุประสงค์เพื่่อการพัฒนาการเสริมแรงจูงใจเพื่อการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในเด็กปฐมวัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาการเสริมแรงจูงใจเพื่อการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในเด็กปฐมวัย และ ๒) เพื่อพัฒนาการเสริมแรงจูงใจเพื่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในเด็กปฐมวัย เนื่องจากกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของทุกสาระวิชา แรงจูงใจเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากที่จะทำให้นักเรียนประสบผลสำเร็จจากการเรียน ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะประสบการณ์จากการเรียน จะตกผลึกฝังแน่น แต่ความซับซ้อน ความยากง่ายของสาระรายวิชาจะเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเรียนความสนใจจะค่อยๆลดลง แม้นักเรียนที่มีความสามารถสูงแต่ขาดแรงจูงใจในการเรียนก็จะมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำ ดังนั้นจึงต้องมีการเสริมแรงจูงใจในสาขาวิชาการต่างๆ แตกต่างกันไป อันเป็นหน้าที่ของครูผู้สอนที่จะต้องศึกษาหาเทคนิคใหม่ๆมาเสริมแรงจูงใจเพื่อประสิทธิภาพของระบบการศึกษาให้เป็นที่สนใจของนักเรียนยิ่งๆขึ้น

ABSTRACT

         This academic article aims to develop motivation for teaching English in early childhood. The objectives are 1) to study the enhancement of motivation for teaching English in early childhood and 2) to develop the enhancement of motivation for teaching English in early childhood. Because of the teaching process of every subject Motivation is very important for students to succeed in their studies, cognition skills and experiences from studying will crystallize and be firmly embedded, but the complexity and difficulty of the course content will be an obstacle to learning. Interest will gradually decrease, even students with high abilities who lack motivation to study will have low academic achievement. Therefore, motivation must be strengthened in different academic fields. It is the duty of teachers to study and find new techniques to enhance motivation in order to make the efficiency of the educational system more interesting to students.
