Abstract

The purposes of this research are to (1) study the transformational leadership of educational institution administrators of educational opportunity expansion schools; Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 (2), study being a learning organization for schools to expand educational opportunities. This research is a survey research. The population is teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, a total of 117 places, totaling 1,323 people. The sample was obtained from the purposive selection. is a school that expands educational opportunities Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 Quantity 490 The research method has 4 steps: (1) study related literature and research (2) create research tools (3) collect data. and (4) analyze the data. tools used Data collection was a 5- 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, and average. standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient.

The results of the research found that (1) transformational leadership of school administrators expands educational opportunities; Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 Overall, and each aspect is at a high level. (2) Being a learning organization of the school expands educational opportunities. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, overall each aspect is at a high level. and (3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and being a learning organization of schools that expands educational opportunities.
