Abstract

The objectives of this research are to ( 1) study teachers' participation in the administration of educational institution administrators. Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok and ( 2 ) compare teachers' participation in the administration of educational institution administrators. Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok Classified by educational level and work experience


         This research is a survey research. The population is teachers in schools under the Taling Chan District Office. Bangkok Academic year 2023, number of 290 people, sample using a stratified random sampling method. There are 165 people. The research method has 4 steps: (1) studying the research problem, (2) research design, (3) collecting and analyzing data, and (4) writing a research report. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and test the hypothesis by t-test.


         The results of the research found that ( 1 ) participation of teachers in the administration of educational institution administrators Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok Overall it is at a high level and (2) comparative results of teachers' participation in the administration of school administrators. Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok found that teachers with different educational levels The participation of teachers in the management of school administrators is assessed. Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok in all 4 areas in terms of participation in operations In terms of participation, responsibility, and sharing in benefits and aspects of participation in evaluation are different In terms of participation in decision making no difference Statistically significant at the .05 level and teachers with different working experiences. Teachers ' participation in the administration of educational institution administrators was assessed. Under the Taling Chan District Office Bangkok in all 4 areas in terms of participation in decision-making Participation aspects In terms of participation, responsibility, sharing in benefits, and participation in the evaluation were not different. Statistically significant at the .05 level.
