Abstract

This research aims to study guidelines for managing Anhui Province School towards excellence. The population in this research is divided into 3 groups. Group one is 400 Anhui Province primary school administrators, the second group is 5 experts, and the third group. A group of 10 users used 3 research tools consisting of a questionnaire, an interview, and an interview using an evaluation form. Data analysis used exploratory factor analysis statistics, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis


The results of the study found that the Guidelines for managing primary schools in Anhui Province towards excellence are divided into 4 parts: Part 1, the introduction section, consisting of the principles and objectives of the guideline, Section 2, the content section, consisting of elements of guidelines for managing primary schools in Anhui Province towards excellence. Excellence consists of 7 guidelines, 39 methods, part 3 conditions for success, part 4 results from implementing the Anhui Province primary school administration guidelines towards excellence, and 3) results of the trial of using the guidelines and evaluating their effectiveness. possible and useful Overall, it has the highest average level. The guidelines can be summarized for managing other primary schools in China
