Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารต่อการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ คณะผู้บริหารคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์และคณะกรรมการบริหารงานโรงพยาบาลสัตว์
คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการสารสนเทศและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานสารสนเทศจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ 5 ด้าน นำมาออกแบบระบบการแสดงผลโดยแอปพลิเคชัน Power BI Desktop ทดสอบระบบและนำไปให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้งานรวมทั้งพิจารณาความพึงพอใจตามความต้องการต่อระบบสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พบว่าอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ระดับ 4.72 และสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากสารสนเทศด้านต่างๆ ในการกำกับติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ รายเดือน รายไตรมาสและรายปี ใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจ วางแผน ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ รวมทั้งพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพสัตว์ สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ของคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนการบริหารจัดการองค์กรและการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์กรให้ก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคดิจิทัล

Abstract

           This research aimed to develop an information system for animal hospitals and to assess the satisfaction of administrators towards the use of the information system for animal hospitals. The sample group used in this research was the executives of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Animal Hospital Administration Committee, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Khon Kaen University, totaling 22 persons. The research instruments were 2 sets of questionnaires to analyze the information needs of animal hospitals in 5 aspects: personnel, training data, the sample group had the highest need for information on training topics and the proportion of training received by personnel type, at 93.75 percent; staffing framework data, the sample group had the highest need for information on personnel types, professional/general support lines, number of personnel, salary/wages, at 93.75 percent; leave data, the sample group had the highest need for information on the number of leave days and various types, at 93.75 percent; income, income from services, the sample group had the highest need for information on income from various services, at 100 percent; income to expense ratio, the sample group had the highest need for information on income to expense ratio of animal hospitals, at 100 percent; expenses, types of expenses The sample group has the highest need for information on income items separated by personnel budget, operating budget, subsidy budget, and investment budget at 100 percent. Cost and expenses The sample group has the highest need for information on total cost and expenses of the veterinary hospital and cost and expenses separated by unit at 100 percent. In terms of the number of sick animals receiving services, the number of animals receiving services, the sample group has the highest need for information on the number of animals receiving services separated by unit, the number of sick animals referred from other veterinary hospitals at 93.75 percent. For network hospital information, the sample group has the highest need for information on the list of names and locations of veterinary hospitals that have been referred, and the number of animals referred from other veterinary hospitals at 87.50 percent. In terms of satisfaction of service recipients and expectations, the sample group has the highest need for information on expectations for sick animals to recover, expectations for reasonable service rates, and expectations for fast service at 87.50 percent. In terms of commitment, the sample group has the highest need for information on the percentage of repeat service use at 93.75 percent. Therefore, the presentation of veterinary hospital information was designed through the Power BI Desktop application and given to the sample group to use, along with considering satisfaction according to the needs of the veterinary hospital information system, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Khon Kaen University. Found to be at a very satisfactory level, level 4.72
