Abstract

           รูปแบบและแนวทางการสนับสนุนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จากการศึกษาผ่านกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์และนักศึกษาคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์จำนวน 207 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่มีทั้งข้อสอบแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (checklist) และแบบประเมินค่า (rating scale) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การเรียนการสอนออนไลน์มีการใช้งานอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีที่มีความหลากหลาย เช่น สมาร์ทโฟน โน้ตบุ๊ก และคอมพิวเตอร์ มีการใช้แพลตฟอร์ม เช่น Zoom Meeting และ Facebook เป็นหลักในการสื่อสารและการเรียนการสอน ในด้านความพร้อมของผู้สอนและผู้เรียนพบว่ามีการเตรียมตัวและการวางแผนที่ดี รวมถึงการใช้มัลติมีเดียในการกระตุ้นความสนใจของผู้เรียน แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดในด้านความพร้อมของอินเทอร์เน็ตและอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการขาดประสบการณ์ในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์การเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในอนาคต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีและการเตรียมเนื้อหาการเรียนการสอนให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เรียนมากยิ่งขึ้น

ABSTRACT

           The research on "Models and Approaches for Supporting Online Teaching at the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University" aims to study the factors that influence the effectiveness of online teaching and to propose guidelines for the development of an online teaching support system at the Faculty of Dentistry. The study involved a sample group of 207 faculty members and students from the Faculty of Dentistry. The research tools included questionnaires consisting of both checklist items and rating scale assessments, with data collected via an online system. The results revealed that online teaching utilized a variety of devices and technologies such as smartphones, laptops, and computers, with platforms like Zoom Meeting and Facebook being primarily used for communication and teaching. In terms of readiness, both instructors and students were well-prepared and planned, with multimedia being used to engage students. However, challenges included limitations in internet connectivity and equipment, as well as a lack of experience in using online teaching software. The findings highlight the importance of careful planning and the development of an appropriate support system to improve the effectiveness of online teaching in the future, particularly in terms of enhancing technological infrastructure and preparing flexible, engaging instructional content.
