บทคัดย่อ
           การศึกษารูปแบบและการจัดการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัย ของสถาบันวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัยในอดีตและปัจจุบัน 2) เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาหรือช่องทางในการเพิ่มเครือข่ายความมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัย และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ การให้บริการต่างๆ ที่มีอยู่บนอินเทอร์เน็ตรวมถึงเสิร์ช เอ็นจิ้น โซเชียลมีเดีย แหล่งเนื้อหาที่สร้างสรรค์ในพื้นที่ชุมชนต่างๆ ตอบสนองความต้องการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัยบนโซเชียลมีเดียในแอปบริการสื่อสารทุกรูปแบบ กรณีศึกษาสถาบันวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเก็บทั้งหมดนำมาจัดหมวดหมู่ข้อมูลตามประเด็นที่ศึกษา วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และการศึกษาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาสาระ โดยยึดหลักตรรกะเทียบเคียงกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีควบคู่บริบท (Context) รวมทั้งเชื่อมโยงหาความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูล (Successive Approximation) เพื่อศึกษาทำความเข้าใจรูปแบบและวิธีการจัดการเครือข่ายผลการศึกษา focus group ร่วมกับเครือข่ายงานวิจัยและพัฒนาท้องถิ่น จำนวน 80 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญ (Key Informants) ออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้บริหาร 2) คณะกรรมการที่ปฏิบัติงานในเครือข่าย 3) ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน/ สมาชิกของเครือข่ายหรือหน่วยงานภาคส่วนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของเครือข่ายนั้นๆ 4) ข้าราชการเจ้าหน้าที่ในส่วนของชุมชน/อบต./อบท.ในท้องถิ่น ที่ปฏิบัติงานภายใต้วิจัยท้องถิ่น ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Analysis)
           ผลการศึกษา พบว่า สภาพปัญหาของการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัยในอดีตและปัจจุบัน ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายและบทบาทหน้าที่ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามสถานการณ์ของสังคม ประกอบกับอัตรากำลังของนักวิชาการ นักวิจัย เริ่มลดลง และมีการโยกย้าย ไปสังกัดหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ใน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นปัญหาหลักที่ทำให้การหน่วยงานขาดแคลนบุคลากรด้านการวิจัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาหรือช่องทางในการเพิ่มเครือข่ายความมือด้านการวิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัยในอนาคต พบว่า ปัญหาปัจจุบันการดำรงอยู่ การรักษาผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับชุมชนในพื้นที่วิจัยเครือข่ายวิจัย มีจำนวนลดลง มุมมองสมาชิกในชุมชนมีความสำคัญต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของงานวิจัย การสร้างเป้าหมายพื้นที่วิจัยหรือสนับสนุนการวิจัย มีจำนวนลดลง ตามลำดับ แนวทางการพัฒนาและสร้างแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เครือข่ายความร่วมมืองานวิจัยและพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ต้องการการสื่อสารที่นำผลผลิตจากเกษตรที่ต้องขยายผลผลิต ผ่านช่องทาง fackbook, Line, webside เป็นการเพิ่มช่องทางและพัฒนาช่องทางให้เป็นทางเลือกกับชุมชนที่ยังขาดโอกาสที่เรียนรู้การขายสินค้าผ่านระบบออนไลท์

Abstract

To study and understand the patterns and methods of network management, the results of the study were a focus group together with a local research and development network of 53 people, the target group.
